It's a bath rug not a toybut my boys find it a joy! Inexpensive bath rug that our boys really enjoy. Just be wary of the claw coming and snatching it away. Seriously it's an inexpensive bath rug for kids. It's not the greatest quality but it works just fine and is worth the >$15 price.
